Ciara Hackett Judy A member of New Stagers since 2023, Ciara will be playing the role of Judy. Her previous roles include Catherine in Memory of Water, Mrs Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, Robin Starveling in Midsummer Night's Dream (Edinburgh Fringe) and Kelly in An Evening In (audioplay). She will be performing various roles in Long Story Short at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2026. Ciara is excited to take on the challenge of portraying the perfect 1950's housewife, especially for the 1950's fashion! | Sam Swaffield Johnny Sam has been performing with New Stagers for three years in numerous productions (Scene Unseen, Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Real Inspector Hound, Exit Stage Left, An Ideal Husband), including a recent run at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe. He's delighted to be playing the appeasing yet loving character of Johnny as part of a very talented cast, and is even more delighted at the prospect of fast becoming part of the New Stagers furniture. |

Patrick McMahon Marcus A member of New Stagers since 2024, Patrick will be playing the role of Marcus. His previous roles include A Midsummer Night’s Dream and A Christmas Carol, as well as stints in improv comedy, before returning to A Midsummer Night’s Dream when the production was taken to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025, where it enjoyed a very successful run. Patrick is excited to take on the role of Marcus and thoroughly enjoys stirring up the play’s themes of escapism, temptation and gender norms. | Alice Matthews Fran Alice Eleanor Matthews makes her stage debut as Fran in ‘Home, I'm Darling’. A South London actress, her work has mostly consisted of "films and commercials — commercials, mainly," so this role felt like fate. Alice is delighted to be performing in her first theatre show with New Stagers. When she’s not acting, Alice is completing her PhD in Astrophysics at UCL, so she's well versed in the physics of a collapsing universe — if not a collapsing 1950s fantasy. |

Orna Joseph Sylvia Orna has spent most of her London life on stage or directing people on stage with New Stagers. With over 25 years of experience and many awards later, she specialises in comedy and, in particular, dark comedy. Home, I'm Darling is no exception. Through a twist of fate, Orna finds herself also appearing in this production. Actor/Director is a new role for her! | Raian Moore Alex A new member of New Stagers in 2026, Raian is primarily a writer and director. Some of her credits include The Target (director), All My Rage (writer and director, Bread and Roses Theatre), Conversations with the Devil (writer, BOLD Theatre, writer and director, short film), Melissa Forever (writer and director, The Lion Theatre), and Velma Kelly in an amateur production of Chicago (NOMAD, Manchester). Raian is looking forward to playing the sharp, business-minded Alex and exploring the juxtaposition and tension this creates with Judy. |
Our talented cast will be bringing this sharp, witty, and thought-provoking comedy to Wimbledon Studios from 22 - 25 April.
